From November 8thto 10th, the 55th Higher Education Expo China sponsored by China Association of Higher Education was held in Changsha. The 6th Symposium on Innovation and Development of Ideological and Political Education was held simultaneously as an important part of the Expo. Publicity Department of the Party committee and Shandong Provincial Research Center for University Moral Education of SDNU attended the symposium and delivered a speech on behalf of SDNU.
12 experts, scholars and front-line teachers shared their researches and work experience from ideological guidance of college students exploration and application of ideological and political education elements, reform and innovation of ideological and political courses, and how to carry out team building, theoretical research and emergency management. Yao Chang, director of Publicity Department of the Party committee of SDNU delivered a keynote speech.
The forum scientifically summarized the research achievements and practical experience of ideological and political education in colleges and universities during the period of epidemic, which provided theoretical and practical guidance for improving the quality of ideological and political education.
