School of Chinese Language and Literature Held Poetry Reading to Celebrate the 70th Anniversary of SDNU.

On the afternoon of October 25th, a poetry reading "Listen to the Voice of Youth" was held at the Lishan Theatre. The famous essayist Dai Yongxia and other alumni, retired teachers, leaders, teachers and students of the School of Chinese Language and Literature of SDNU, nearly one thousand people attended poetry reading.

The recital was entitled "Listen to the voice of youth", and the recital praised the vigorous vitality of youth and expressed the pursuit of freedom. Some showed the alumnus Zhao Linyun's longing for SDNU; some praised the vitality of spring city in Dai Yongsha’s eyes; and some expressed the exploration and pursuit of traditional virtues in modern life. The recital was successfully concluded with warm applause.

This poetry reading was one of the series activities to celebrate the 70th anniversary of SDNU. The teachers and students of the School of Chinese Language and Literature with wonderful interpretation presented a most sincere gift for the SDNU. Students who participated in the poetry reading said that this activity not only improved their stage performance, but also deepened their love for the culture of the motherland.
