On October 14th, Jiang Xiaoyun gave a special training on "Advancing with the Times and Building a High-Level Teaching Team" in Qianfoshan Campus. The heads of the teaching teams of SDNU participated in this training. The training meeting was hosted by Wang Xinhua.
Jiang Xiaoyun shared five aspects including the team building goals and concepts, the construction of teacher’s team, the expansion of teaching resources, the reformation of teaching model and the team building.
This training meeting provides suggestions for how to keep up with the requirements of the times and improve the effectiveness of team building under the new situation. It also promotes the improvement of the cohesion of basic teaching organization.
