On June 28th, SDNU appointed Professor Tian Hailong from Tianjin Foreign Studies University as the cooperative professor. The appointment ceremony was held at Changqinghu Campus. Vice President Wang Chuankui attended the ceremony and presented the letter of appointment to Tian Hailong. The Organization Department, Human Resources Department and related comrades of the School of Foreign Languages participated in the ceremony. The appointment ceremony was presided over by Wang Zhuo, director of the School of Foreign Languages.
Wang Chuankui welcomed Professor Tian Hailong on behalf of SDNU and briefly introduced the university’s history, instructional scale, orientation and basic information of the School of Foreign Languages.
After the appointment ceremony, Tian Hailong went to Wenyuan Building at Changqinghu Campus to have an in-depth discussion with the linguistics team of the School of Foreign Languages.
