Recently, Professor Ma Yinghong of SDNU launched a course"COVID-19 and National Emergency Management"on MOOC.The course, based on a large number of real cases and detailed data, explains the framework, operation mechanism, technical means, safeguard measures and responsibility rewards and punishments of China's emergency management system, helping the masses to fully understand the national emergency management system and operation mechanism, and improving the masses' ability to cope with major public emergencies. At the same time, from the theoretical perspective of management and the perspective of scientific computing technology, combined with the rigorous organizational structure, safeguard measures and correct decision-making, the advanced and scientific nature of China's emergency management system and operation mechanism is interpreted.
