On November 22th, the finals of the 2019 National Qigong and Qi Dance Competition were held at Hunan Vocational College of Commerce. Twenty-nine teams from all over the country participated in the finals. After fierce competition, SDNU won the first prize of group A.
The Fitness Qigong Team of SDNU consists of Zhang Yuheng, Jiang Wenwen, Liu Wenshan, Liu Xutong, Gao Rui, Gao Hao, Gao Jiaqi and Tian Yongchao from the major of Martial Arts and Ethnic Traditional Sports.
It took three months to prepare for the finals. The leaders of the School of Physical Education visited the site many times. The whole team overcame many difficulties, sacrificed the rest time and carefully polished professional action.
