From October 2nd to 6th, the School of Geography and Environment held the “exhibition on the achievements of the population, resources and environment of China to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of PRC”at Quancheng Square. The leaders and some teachers of school participated in the organization and planning, and more than 30 CPC student members and some of applicants for party explained on the spot.
Before the activity, Director Wang Chengxin carried out mobilization and deployment, requiring the student party members and cadres to unify their thinking, raise their awareness, and actively participate in it. It is hoped that through this activity, everyone will feel more intuitively that the development of China is not only the national "standing up", the economy“getting rich”, but also the environment "being beautiful.”
The exhibition is divided into three parts: “population quality”, “resource utilization” and “environment development”.Teachers and students who participated in this activity generally felt that through the exhibition, everyone has recognized the extraordinary achievements in the past seven decades. Holding a patriotic heart, we should shoulder the "mission" of building great China, be dedicated in our work and contribute to the realization of the Chinese dream.
