Recently, 2726 normal major interns were sent to different practice schools to participate in the one-semester teaching practice(volunteer teaching programs) .Man Baoyuan,vice president of SDNU attended the teaching practice mobilization meeting and presented the flag to the volunteer teaching group which would go to Xinjiang.
On March 12th, 88 students went to Kashi, Xinjiang to practice teaching, and 413 students went to Shanghe, Laiwu, Weifang and Binzhou respecively to carry out the teaching practice. From March 13th to 22nd, 2225 normal major interns reached their respective practice schools in succession. In order to ensure the safety of the students, SDNU did thoughtful arrangements :instructive teachers travelled together with the interns and arranged the teaching work for the students with the practice schools, arranged accommodation for the interns, determined the internship program clearly as well as the teaching-practice task.
Different from that of the previous years,teaching practice of this year showed four new features:firstly,from 2018 onwards, the teaching practice was adjusted from 8 weeks to one semester. Secondly ,in order to follow the international trend of education,teaching practice base was expanded to foreign countries. Thirdly,teaching practice task of SDNU was combined with the volunteer teaching programs of Shandong provincial government. Fourthly, teaching practice management system was first used in order to improve the quality and effect of teaching practice.
