The first "President's Afternoon Tea" Activity in SDNU

In the afternoon of June 21st , President’s Afternoon Tea" activity was held in the library of Changqinghu Campus. Tang Bo, president of SDNU, 6 graduate students and 14 undergraduate students from 15 colleges met each other in a harmonious and in-depth exchange in the form of "afternoon tea”.  

The President’s "afternoon tea" has 4 sections: "I want the President to know me" "What the President would like to say" "I have questions for President " and "the building of a better university depends on everybody", students talked about the hardware and software facilities construction, life confusions, academic development, career planning, graduate education and so on, which have received active feedback from the President. "We are always a part of Shandong Normal University", "Teachers and students are the leaders of our university" "It is my responsibility to stay with and care about the study and life of my students” “Study is a lifetime pursuit, we must be rigorous and treat it as a carrier” “I hope the students can take an active part in the teachers research group in junior classes, which will be of great help to the improvement of scientific research ability” “exercising for a good body, studying hard and making progress every day, practice knowledge ability so as to become an excellent SDNU student!” ...... The President’s simple and sincere words made students feel cordial. The fragrant green tea, the delicious refreshments, the antique millet lecture hall, the President and the students’ afternoon tea formed a harmonious and warm picture.

During the event, the 2017graduates souvenir release ceremony was also held. Tang Bo handed out memorial T-shirts to the representatives of 2017 graduates and made affectionate remarks for all 2017 graduates. He told them to stick to their dreams, and remember the essential pursuits, to move forward on the road of life in the future and to scale a new height.
