On October 17th, SDNU held a national scholarship and provincial government scholarship evaluation meeting for undergraduates in Changqinghu Campus. Vice president Zhang Maocong presided over the meeting.
Zhang Maocong pointed out that the recommendation and evaluation of national scholarships and provincial government scholarships is an important part of the education work of SDNU. It has a high degree of social concern and concerns the vital interests of students. Zhang Maocong emphasized that the implementation of various excellent selection work is a good opportunity to play an exemplary role, stimulate students' enthusiasm for learning, and promote the construction of a positive, progressive, civilized, and happy learning style.
The Students’ Affairs office organized the schools to carry out the selection of national scholarships and provincial government scholarships for undergraduates in strict accordance with the procedures. A total of 95 scholarship candidates were selected and recommended by each college according to the individual application of students, the recommendation of the grade recommendation group, and the comprehensive inspection of the college student work leading group.
After evaluation, 38 students were identified as national scholarship candidates and 36 students were identified as provincial government scholarship candidates. SDNU will do a good job in publicity and material reporting of candidates in accordance with the standardized procedures.
