On the afternoon of October 11th, the exhibition of works by teachers and students of the School of Fine Arts, "Greeting the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China ", opened in the Art Museum of Shandong Academy of Painting. Vice President Xu Shuangqing, chairman of Shandong Artists Association Zhang Wang, Shandong Academy of Painting President Kong Weike and Vice President Wang Pande attended the opening ceremony, and experts and scholars in the industry, leaders of directly affiliated units and teachers and students of the School of Fine Arts attended the opening ceremony.
In his speech at the opening ceremony, Xu Shuangqing pointed out that this is a positive exploration to promote the creative transformation and innovative development of China's excellent traditional culture, and also a vivid practice to greet the successful convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with outstanding achievements.
Zhang Wang and Kong Weike successively delivered speeches, praising the School of Fine Arts of SDNU for its solid academic foundation, romantic and profound artistic atmosphere and realistic and innovative education and teaching tradition, and congratulating on the achievements made in recent years.
At the opening ceremony of the exhibition, Xu Shuangqing and Kong Weike unveiled the "SDNU's Graduate Practice Teaching Base".
Liu Mingbo, Dean of the School of Fine Arts, and Wang Pande unveiled the "Innovation and Practice Base of SDNU's Postdoctoral Research Station on Fine Arts".
The art exhibition of "Greeting the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China" presented more than 80 pieces of works by 52 teachers. The work comprehensively and stereoscopically shows the inheritance of traditional culture and the upward spirit of art educators.
It is reported that the exhibition will be held in the Art Museum of Shandong Academy of Painting from October 11th to October 21st.
