From September 29thto 30th, the final of the second Shandong University Master of Public Administration (MPA) Competition was held in Shandong News Building. The competition was organized by SDNU, and the relevant leaders of the Graduate Office of Shandong Provincial Department of Education, the Graduate School of Shandong University and the Graduate School of SDNU attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. The opening ceremony was hosted by Qi Yong, vice president of the School of Public Administration (MPA Education Center) of SDNU.
All the 10 teams that entered the final will compete in the same case. After fierce competition, the final produced 2 grand prizes, 3 first prizes, 5 second prizes, 1 best instructor award, 1 best case text award, 2 most valuable players and 1 best organization award.
The closing ceremony of the competition was presided over by Professor Cao Xianqiang, the leader of the final expert group. Professor Sun Ping, vice president of the Public Administration Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education and member of the National MPA Teaching Steering Committee, summarized the final of the case contest. Jiang Ling,director of the School of Government Management of Central University of Finance and Economics, summarized the characteristics of this case contest and put forward suggestions on strengthening communication. Professor Li Songyu,president of the School of Public Administration (MPA Education Center)in SDNU, delivered a speech and thanked the experts for their support.
