On the afternoon of September 27th, the Asset Management Office, Youth League Committee of SDNU, the Student Union and the Graduate Student Union of SDNU held a "Face to Face" symposium in Qianfoshan Campus. Relevant responsible comrades from the Asset Management Office and the Youth League Committee of SDNU, representatives of business operators in Qianfoshan Campus, the Student Union of SDNU, the Graduate Student Union of SDNU and student representatives of all colleges attended the meeting.
At the meeting, Zheng Kegang, director of the Asset Management Office, introduced the overall structure, working functions and future development plan of the Asset Management Office to the student representatives. Subsequently, the student representatives of each school gave feedback on the opinions collected and put forward suggestions for improvement. The staff of the Asset Management Office and relevant merchants listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions of the students, explained the relevant problems, and promised to rectify them in a timely manner. In the future, the Asset Management Office will create an information exchange group for students, organize regular exchange meetings, jointly sort out various problems, promote further implementation of services, and spare no effort to provide more high-quality services for teachers and students.
The "Face to Face" activity is one of a series of activities to safeguard students' rights and interests. It will continue to expand the path of safeguarding students' rights and interests. Relying on the "Face to Face" activity, it will build a bridge between students and SDNU and various functional departments, improve the service level, and play an active role in safeguarding students' rights and interests.
