In order to facilitate students’ participation in the National Teacher Certification Examination (Interview), Students’ Affairs Office actively coordinated with relevant departments, properly arranged nucleic acid tests for candidates, and organized and convoys to escort candidates to successfully participate in the examination.
On May 14th and 15th, more than 2,200 students of SDNU participated in NTCE organized in Jinan City. In order to do a good job in service, Students’ Affairs Office repeatedly verified the feedback data and determined the number of reference personnel, the time and place of the examination and other information. School also arranged special time, personnel and venues to do nucleic acid test for candidates, and coordinated with school hospital and testing institutions to issue test results urgently.
The 2,200 students who took the exam this time, including undergraduate and graduate students from all institutes on both campuses, were distributed in 18 test centers in 11 districts and counties of Jinan. In order to reasonably arrange the vehicle running time and route, relevant responsible comrades of Students’ Affairs Office spent two days to make the vehicle transportation plan. More than 100 cadres were all on duty to organize the ride and follow the buses, which lasted for two days, from 4 am to 7 pm, and finally realized the smooth operation of more than 80 vehicles.
The thoughtful and meticulous service had won unanimous praise from the students, and SDNU will continue to adhere to the concept of "student-oriented", starting from serving students to promoting the growth of talents, and send warmth to the hearts of students.
