On November 27th, the selection competition for young college teacher was held in Qianfoshan Campus. Finally, 21 young teachers were selected to represent SDNU to participate in the 9th "Super Star Cup" Teaching Competition for young College Teachers in Shandong Province.
A total of 53 young teachers participated in the selection competition. The judges were composed of teachers from Shandong University and other universities, senior professors in SDNU and previous award-winning teachers. Teachers were evaluated comprehensively from five aspects: teaching content, teaching organization, language teaching mode, teaching characteristics and teaching design.
So far, the selection competition has been carried out for 5 years. SDNU has reserved a large number of highly competitive competitor for the provincial competition, which has become a development platform for the rapid improvement of teaching ability of young teachers.
