On the afternoon of November 19th, SDNU held a meeting on promoting the work of general and special bonds for 2021 in the conference room on the third floor of the Culture Building in Qianfoshan Campus. Xing Guang and Xu Shuangqing, vice presidents of SDNU, attended the meeting, and the main responsible comrades of relevant departments and comrades in charge of the fund arrangement of general and special bonds attended the meeting.
In his speech, Xing Guang highlighted the urgency and importance of using the general and special bond funds to promote the reform and development of SDNU. He pointed out that the school's bond budget implementation this year was generally smooth, but there were also problems such as insufficient attention and slow expenditure on some projects. Towards the end of the year, we should further fulfill work responsibilities, take practical and effective measures, strengthen communication and coordination, and speed up the work to ensure that all bond funds are expended within the year.
At the meeting, comrade in Finance Office introduced the progress of the work of general and special bonds in 2021, and comrade in Tendering and Procurement Office explained matters related to the tendering and procurement of bond funds.
