On the morning of March 19th, the Chinese Directors Forum of Confucius Institute was held in Qianfoshan Campus, organized by College of International Education and Office of International Exchange and Cooperation. Zhou Jiaxin, former Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Woosuk University, South Korea, was the main speaker. Zhou Lianyong, director of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation and director of the Confucius Institute Office, and Ma Maoxiang, former Chinese Director of the Confucius Institute at Central State University, Connecticut, USA, participated in the forum.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhou Jiaxin showed the development achievements of Confucius Institute in Korea's Woosuk University over the past 10 years through a video.
Ma Maoxiang shared his experience as the Chinese director of the Confucius Institute at Central Connecticut State University in the United States, and introduced the school's policy on the welfare benefits, scientific research, objective evaluation and other aspects of the faculty.
