Recently,Office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs of Shandong released the “2020 provincial excellent exchange project with Taiwan situation circular”. SDNU was awarded the provincial excellent exchange project with Taiwan in 2020.
Since 2020, Office of Hong Kong & Taiwan Affairs of SDNU has been actively responding to the COVID-19 and the severe situation of the Taiwan Strait. With the help of Internet, the exchanges and cooperation with Taiwan have been carried out combining online and offline.
In recent years, SDNU has established friendly relations with 12 universities in Taiwan. Since 2016, projects of SDNU have been approved as the provincial excellent projects for 5 consecutive years.
