On November 24th, Labour Union of SDNU went to Xiajin in Dezhou city, to carry out the party Day activity themed "Helping the First Secretary, Sending Warmth in Winter", and visited the first secretary of SDNU in Xiajin County and the poor families in Village in need of help. Li Chao, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Xiajin County, Hu Xiaoming, secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU, Wang Xiaosheng, first secretary of SDNU and other relevant comrades participated in the activity.
Labour Union of SDNU visited the poor families in several villages served by the first secretary, sent them peanuts oil, flour and other consolation products, had a field trip of the public welfare construction project and distributed "warmth in winter" consolation money to the four first secretaries. Li Chao, the alumnus of the Chinese department of SDNU thanked SDNU for its strong support to poverty alleviation in Xiajin County and showed strong willingness to fully cooperate with SDNU.
In the early days, Labour Union of SDNU and Party Committee have helped the village sell more than 750 kilograms of peaches and more than 3,500 kilograms of sweet potatoes. The villagers sent pennants to Labour Union of SDNU and Party Committee to express their gratitude.
