On September 11th, the establishment conference of Shandong Vocational and Technical Education Research Institute and the forum of Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Development in the New Era was held in Qianfoshan Campus of SDNU. Zeng Qingliang, president of SDNU and other experts and scholars, more than 60 people attended this conference and forum.
Zeng Qingliang expressed sincere thanks to the participants and introduced its basic information. He pointed out that the purpose of establishing Shandong Vocational and technical Education Research Institute is to promote the development of vocational and technical education disciplines and comprehensively improve the quality of training high-level technical and technical talents.
Then the next stage was the forum of Vocational and Technical Education Discipline Development in the New Era. Experts and professors from many vocational and technical universities gave keynote speeches. Through the analysis of the current development practice of vocational education, they revealed the difficulties faced by the development of vocational and technical education discipline, and put forward constructive thinking on the future development of vocational and technical education discipline.
