On the afternoon of November 25th, the evaluation panel of sino-foreign cooperative educational institutions of the Ministry of Education made a centralized evaluation on the application of "Hertzen International Art College, Shandong Normal University" through video. Sun Xiaoyun, Deputy Director of Department of Education of Shandong Province, Sun Yebao, Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Office of Shandong Province, Liu Shaohui, Deputy Director of Jinan Education Bureau; Tang Zhouyan, Secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU, Zeng Qingliang, President of SDNU, Zhang Wenxin, Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of SDNU, Xing Guang, Xu Shuangqing, vice presidents of SDNU, President of Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, Sergey Valentinovich and other Russian representatives attended the meeting. Heads of relevant colleges and departments of the two universities attended the meeting.

Sun Xiaojun,on behalf of Department of Education of Shandong Province , made recommendation. She said that the cooperation between the two universities to set up Hertzen International Art College would play a positive role in promoting the teaching reform, the construction of curriculum and teaching materials and the cultivation of artistic talents in Our province.

Tang Zhouyan emphasized in his speech that the application for Herzen International Art College was of great significance to SDNU. Zeng Qingliang made reply report from different aspects. Sergey Valentinovich introduced the basic situation of Herzen State Pedagogical University, the cooperation plan and the significance of the establishment of the college. Li Haiou, head of the organization, made a report from the cooperation background.

The expert group concluded that the college conforms to the spirit and purpose of sino-foreign cooperation in running a school, and hopes that both sides can deepen communication and cooperation.
