On the morning of December 14th, the 11th National Congress of the Chinese Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the 10th National Congress of the Chinese Writers' Association opened at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. General Secretary of the CPC Central Committee, President of the State, Chairman of the Central Military Commission Xi Jinping attended the General Assembly and delivered an important speech.
