On November 15th, the ceremony of sending teachers and students of SDNU to Beijing to participate in the 2023 CCTV Spring Festival Gala was held in Qianfoshan Campus. Vice President Wan Guangxia attended the ceremony and delivered a speech.

This time to CCTV to participate in the Spring Festival Gala performance has a total of 65 students and teachers together, by the School of Music and Herzen International College of Arts. SDNU is the only institution in Shandong province that has been on the CCTV Spring Festival Gala stage for 6 consecutive years and the only one in Shandong was invited to participate in the CCTV Spring Festival Gala this year, reflecting the high recognition of the quality of talent training of SDNU.
