On October 25th, the Executive Committee of the 7th Faculty and Staff Representative Meeting of SDNU held its 11th plenary meeting. Vice president, Executive Committee director Wan Guangxia attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Tao Wuduan, chairman of the Labor Union of SDNU and deputy director of the Executive Committee.
Wan Guangxia pointed out in his speech that the Executive Committee is a permanent body that performs the functions and powers of Faculty and Staff Representative Meeting when it is not in session. On major issues concerning the reform and development of SDNU and the vital interests of all the staff, the Executive Committee has well performed the functions of Faculty and Staff Representative Meeting when it is not in session and has played an important role in comprehensively improving the level of law and accelerating the modernization of governance system and capacity. He wants all members of the Executive Committee should further perform their duties, reinforced responsibility consciousness to better play the role. The Executive Committee should be closely around the central task of enhancing core competitiveness, constantly innovate the work ideas, improve work efficiency, promote the modernization of management system of SDNU and management capacity, promote democratic governance to make new contributions.
At the meeting, Zhu Xiangyu, deputy director of the Personnel Office, introduced the core contents of the Performance Pay Management Method of SDNU and the Reform Plan of the Teacher Post Employment System of SDNU to all the members in detail. The 19 members of the Executive Committee who attended the meeting deliberated and discussed carefully. The Measures for the Management of Performance Pay of SDNU and the Reform Plan for the Post Employment System of SDNU were unanimously adopted by secret ballot.
