On June 23rd,SDNU held an election meeting for the academic committee.Tang Zhouyan, Zeng Qingliang, Xing Guang,Wang Chuankui, Wan Guangxia, Zhou Jing and Zhang Maocong attended the meeting, 55 Professor representatives attended the meeting.
Tang Zhouyan pointed out in his speech that the academic committee is the highest academic institution for the management and decision-making of academic affairs of SDNU. In the critical period of the new round of "double first-class" construction, the academic committee should shoulder the mission and assume the important task.
Zeng Qingliang fully affirmed the work of the 10th academic committee, thanked everyone for their outstanding contributions to the academic prosperity and career development of SDNU, and congratulated the establishment of the new academic committee. He stressed that it is necessary to deeply understand the significance of the change of the academic committee, give full play to the important role of the academic committee in promoting the modernization of the University's governance system and governance capacity, establishingan academic committee governance system in line with the actual situation of SDNU.
The meeting elected the chairman, vice chairman and members of the 11th Academic Committee of SDNU.
