On the afternoon of June 8th, SDNU held the establishment meeting of the Teaching Material Working Committee and the Teaching Material Review Committee in Qianfoshan Campus. Tang Zhouyan, Zeng Qingliang, Xing Guang, Wan Guangxia, Zhou Jing and Zhang Maocong attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by President Zeng Qingliang.
Tang Zhouyan, the secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU, congratulated and thanked all the appointed members, and stressed the great significance of relevant work and teaching material construction in his speech. He pointed out that the quality of teaching materials should be comprehensively improved, strengthen the audit of teaching materials, do a good job in overall planning, play the guiding role of experts, and constantly improve the management level of teaching materials.
Zeng Qingliang put forward clear requirements for the construction of teaching materials when presiding over the meeting.
At the meeting, the vice president Zhang Maocong confirmed the personnel composition and important responsibilities of the Teaching Material Working Committee and the Teaching Material Review Committee. The leaders who attended the meeting issued letters of appointment to the experts appointed by the Teaching Material Review Committee.
Professor Li Yeping of the School of Journalism and Communication made a speech on behalf of the first Teaching Material Review Committee members. Li Yeping proposed that it is necessary to further expand the influence and use the self-edited high-quality teaching materials of SDNU to show the profound historical accumulation and cultural style of SDNU.
The formal establishment of the Teaching Material Working Committee and the Teaching Material Review Committee is an important measure for SDNU to implement the fundamental task of moral education, and will play a powerful role in promoting the construction of first-class teaching materials, the construction of first-class education concept system and the construction of first-class talent training quality system.
