Recently, the 2022 Teaching Innovation Competition for College teachers in Shandong province came to an end. Li Jian's team from School of Physics and Electronic and Ning Jingbo's team from School of Economics won the first prize in Professor Group, Fang Ying's team from School of Mathematics and Statistics won the first prize in Associate Professor Group, and Liu Wendan's team from Schoolof Music won the first prize in Lecturer Group. Song Yizhuang's team from School of Mathematics and Statistics won the third prize in Professor Group, Li Qi's team from School of Journalism and Communication, Wei Dongmei's team from School of Physics and Electronic won the third prize in Associate Professor Group, and Li Qing's team from School of Psychology won the third prize in Lecturer group.SDNU won the excellent organization award.
In the whole preparation process, all the participating teachers of SDNU were devoted to the preparation with full enthusiasm. Finally, with solid basic teaching skills, excellent professional quality and rich teaching experience,they had great achievements.
SDNU invited teachers with rich teaching experience to form an expert team and gave targeted guidance to the participating teachers, which provided strong support and guarantee for SDNU to achieve excellent results.
In recent years, through the revision of the education and teaching reward system,SDNU has actively promoted the innovation and reform of curriculum construction and classroom teaching, and constantly promoted the improvement of teachers'teaching ability.
The National Teaching Innovation Competition for College teachers has played an important role in guiding teachers to devote themselves to teaching and educating people.
