On May 12th, the working meeting between SDNU and the Russian National Normal University was held in Qianfoshan Campus by means of online video connection. On behalf of SDNU, Zeng Qingliang extended warm congratulations to the 225th anniversary of the founding of the Russian Normal University and had an in-depth exchange of views with Russia on the cooperative construction of Herzen International Academy of Art. Vice president Zhang Maocong attended. Vladimirovic, Igolevna and Komalova attended the talks.
In his speech, Zeng Qingliang paid tribute to the outstanding achievements of the Russian Normal University in the glorious years of the past two centuries.

During the talks, the two sides reached an agreement on the work plan and arrangement of the cooperative construction of Herzen International Academy of Art. After the talks, Zeng Qingliang presented an antique bronze tripod to Russia Normal University on behalf of all teachers and students of SDNU to express his best wishes for the celebration of Russia Normal University.
