From March 5th to 6th, the high-end forum on Yellow River culture and Chinese civilization and the compilation meeting of Culture of Yellow River, hosted by Institude of Qilu Culture of SDNU, was held in Jinan. Wang Xinfu, Tang Zhouyan, Wang Zhimin, Huang Hongguang, Lv Peng, Wang Zhong, and more than 30 well-known experts from universities and scientific research institutions attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Wan Guangxia.
Wang Xinfu pointed out in his speech that protecting, inheriting and carrying forward the Yellow River culture is an important part of the Yellow River National Strategy and is related to enhancing the cultural confidence of the Chinese nation and the sustainable development of Chinese civilization.
On behalf of SDNU, Tang Zhouyan extended a warm welcome to all leaders and experts.
Wang Zhimin introduced the compilation origin and preparatory work of t Culture of Yellow River.
Li Yujie, chief expert of the Yellow River civilization research center of Henan University, spoke on behalf of the participating experts.
After the opening ceremony, the participating experts had a heated discussion on the relevant academic issues in the research field of the Yellow River culture and Chinese civilization around the connotation and characteristics of the Yellow River culture and its important position and far-reaching influence in the Chinese civilization, and had an in-depth discussion on the specific matters of the compilation work.
