On August 23rd, Ren Gang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mayor of Linyi, Xu Zhongsheng, Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Linyi High-tech Zone, came to SDNU for exchange and discussion. Tang Zhouyan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU, Xing Guang, Wang Chuankui and Xu Shuangqing, Vice Presidents of SDNU, also attended the seminar.
On behalf of SDNU, Tang Zhouyan congratulated Linyi City and Linyi Hi-tech Zone on the start of their cooperation with SDNU. He pointed out that Linyi is the largest and most populous city in Shandong Province, the central city in southeast China, a modern industrial and trade city with waterfront characteristics and a trade and logistics center. Linyi has a long history and a deep tradition of red revolutionary culture.
On behalf of Linyi Municipal Government, Ren Gang expressed his gratitude to SDNU for its care and support to the economic and social development of Linyi, especially in the field of basic education.
