On the afternoon of May 21st, The 56th Higher Education Expo China, also the forum for the cultivation of innovative talents, was held by SDNU in Qingdao. Experts and scholars attending the forum interpreted the ranking list of the national ordinary college student competition and shared their experience and practices in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
The first session of the forum was presided over by Ge Hongliang, vice president of China Jiliang University. Lu Guodong, He Qinming and Zhao Chunyu, members of Expert Working Group of Chinese Association of Higher Education respectively made reports to introduce the development, characteristics and growing trend of the national college student competition in detail.
The second session of the forum was chaired by Shi Jinlong, vice president of Ningxia University. Professor Li Shuangshou from Tsinghua University and Li Qi, professor of Xi’an Jiaotong University and other experts made separate reports focusing on the innovation ability of college students.
A series of high-level reports demonstrated the mode and experience of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents across the country. Participants expressed that they gained a lot from this forum.
