On May 7th, Shandong Normal University and People's Government of Ningjin County held a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement signing ceremony in Ningjin. Tang Zhouyan, Dong Shaohui, Kang Zhimin, Man Baoyuan, Wang Gang, Wang Cheng, Wu Yongsheng, And Zou Bo participated in the event. The signing ceremony was presided over by Wang Gang.
On behalf of the SDNU, Tang Zhouyan congratulated the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement and expressed his expectation that the two sides will open a new chapter in the development of cooperation. He pointed out that Ningjin County has a long history, rich cultural heritage,and the county's growing economic strength, industrial energy level continued to improve, showing a good development trend, which provides a broad space for cooperation between the two sides. He stressed that the use of educational, teaching, scientific research and other resources directly serve economic and social development. It is a further embodiment of the integration of universities into society. SDNU will further strengthen the opening of schools, give full play to the advantages of school disciplines and talents, and actively support local economic development to provide services.
Dong Shaohui, on behalf of people’s government of Dezhou city, extended a warm welcome to Tang Zhouyan and his party, and thanked SDNU for the support to Ningjin County. He introduced the strategic thinking of Dezhou City to adhere to the priority development of education, and said that SDNU and Dezhou have maintained good relations of cooperation. This strategic cooperation is another opportunity for the transformation and upgrading of Ningjin County, which will provide strong talent, technology and intellectual support for the further development of the whole city.
At the signing ceremony, representatives of the two sides signed a framework agreement on some cooperation agreements.
