Recently, CSSCI (Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index) (2021-2022) source journal directory was officially published, Journal of Shandong Normal University (Social Sciences) was selected. This is the second time the journal has been selected after returning to the CSSCI Source Journal in 2019.
Journal of Shandong Normal University (Social Science Edition) is a comprehensive academic journal of humanities and social sciences sponsored by Shandong Provincial Education Department and SDNU, which was founded in 1956. The journal is a bimonthly journal that publishes academic papers on Marxist theory, literature, linguistics, history, pedagogy, psychology, philosophy, law, economics, political science, etc. The Journal offers a number of columns,of which "The Study of Contemporary Chinese Literature" is a feature column of the journal. In 2001, the journal was selected as the first CSSCI Journal Directory (CSSCI-1999). The journal is also the core journal of the national Chinese and the national journal of social science in colleges and universities.
In recent years, Journal of Shandong Normal University (Social Sciences) has made the promotion and development of academic journals the core of its work, and published a number of high-quality articles with social influence, which have been well received by all sectors of society.
