On the afternoon of April 26th, SDNU invited Yu Jinming, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and president of Shandong Cancer Hospital, to give a lecture in Qianfoshan Campus. President Zeng Qingliang and Vice President Wang Chuankui attended the event. The lecture was presided by Zeng Qingliang.
Yu Jinming introduced the relationship between "development", "talent" and "innovation" through the current situation of hospitals and the great changes that have occurred in recent years. Only high-quality development and capacity building of hospitals can be stable and far-reaching. The same is also true for the universities.
He proposed three elements of team building, namely, a grand scientific visionary goal, a sound scientific implementation strategy, and a revolutionary spirit and passion.
