On the afternoon of January 18th, the Mobilization Meeting of SDNU's Educational Practice for the First Half of 2021 was held in Qianfoshan Campus. Man Baoyuan, vice president of SDNU, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. More than 260 relevant staff attended the meeting which was presided over by Chen Zhenzhen, deputy director of the Office of Academic Affairs.
In his speech, Man Baoyuan pointed out that educational practice was an important approach for students to improve their teaching skills, cultivate teaching morality and eventually become qualified teachers. However, there were still many problems that needed to be solved. In the next step, SDNU shall construct an all-round education practice system, perfect the incentive mechanism of guiding teachers, further find the gaps, enhance the effect of education, and strive to cultivate high-quality and professional teachers.
During the meeting, Ma Chizhu, the director of the Office of Academic Affairs, summarized the preparatory work of educational practice in detail, and put forward specific requirements for the guidance work of the practice. In addition, some of the outstanding teachers have made guidance for teaching practice based on their senior teaching experience.
