On December 24th, SDNU signed a counterpart aid agreement with Kashgar University. Tang Zhouyan, Zeng Qingliang and Man Baoyuan attended this event.
Tang Zhouyan said that SDNU will spare no effort to provide counterpart support to Kashgar University.
Zeng Qingliang briefly introduced the development of SDNU in recent years. He pointed out that SDNU will give assistance and guidance to Kashgar University and help it achieve to the goal of building a modern university.
President of Kashgar University expressed his gratitude to SDNU for its continuous counterpart assistance.
