Xiao Weidong, professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Public Administration of SDNU, won the thesis award at the 8th "China Rural Development Research Award" held recently in Beijing by Beijing Runsheng Rural Development Foundation. His article has been cited 160 times and downloaded more than 5,700 times since its publication. It has provided an important reference for the Drafting of the document by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and many views have been adopted.
