On the afternoon of December 3rd, Tang Zhouyan, secretary of the Party committee of SDNU made a report on the study and implementation of the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee. More than 200 representatives of teachers and students of School of Marxism and responsible comrades of relevant departments attended the meeting, which was presided over Lv Xiaoyong, secretary of the Party Committee of School of Marxism.
Tang Zhouyan pointed out that the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committeeis an important milestone, which has opened a new journey of building socialist modernization in an all-round way. He stressed that we should integrate thought and action and make contributions to accelerating the construction of “Double First-Class” university.
Lv Xiaoyong said that the guidance report pointed out the direction for us to understand the spirit and identify the focus for implementing the spirit. All the teachers and students should integrate the spirit into the teaching and studying of ideological and political courses so as to continuously improve the quality of education and teaching and the level of moral cultivation.
Before that, Tang Zhouyan went to Linyi University to preach the spirit of the fifth plenary session of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
