On the morning of November 24th, the second special training course on the high-quality development of higher education for college-level leaders across the province opened at SDNU. Bai Hao and Zhang Wenxin attended the opening ceremony, gaving mobilization speeches. The opening ceremony was presided over by Yuan Guangquan.
At the opening ceremony, Zhang Wenxin briefly introduced the basic situation of SDNU, put forward clear requirements for the training, and expressed good wishes for this training.
Bai Hao pointed out that facing the new international and domestic situation, we urgently need to make up the shortcomings of the high-quality development of higher education. He demanded that cadres must sink their hearts to study and improve their abilities, using Marxist Theory as a guide, integrating theory with practice.
