On the morning of November 16th, the 2020 annual meeting of Shandong College Students Mental Health Education Committee was held in SDNU. The deputy secretary of the Party Committee of SDNU, Zhang Wenxin, attended the opening ceremony.
On behalf of the professional committee, Zhang Wenxin made the work report of the conference, summarized the work of 2020, and made suggestions for future development. He stressed that the committee should be able to do well in the situation of the epidemic and help the college students' mental health education work. Ding Chunguang praised the improvement the committee had made. The great importance attached by our country to college students’ mental health had put higher demands on the work of the committee, which needed all the psychological workers to continue in-depth study and accelerate innovation to promote the better development of mental health education.
The senior workshop for mental health workers is also an important part of the annual meeting. In that afternoon, the first provincial senior workshop on mental health education was officially launched. The workshop will last for four and a half days. The annual meeting and workshop attracted nearly 280 representatives from more than 100 colleges and universities in Shandong province. There was also a webcast of the annual meeting.
