Recently, the China Youth Volunteers Association commended the advanced collectives and advanced individuals emerging in the youth volunteer service in the fight against COVID-19 epidemic. The Youth Volunteers Association of the School of Psychology was awarded the title of "Advanced Collectives in the Youth Volunteer Service in the fight against COVID-19 Epidemic". During the epidemic, volunteers under the leadership of the University Party Committee set up a volunteer service team to continuously provide volunteer services to medical team members and their families in Shandong province and contribute to the fight against the epidemic. During this period, the association has served more than 100 medical staff and provided all-round and professional voluntary mental health education service for the family members of medical staff. SDNU’s Youth Volunteers Association of School of Psychology has been relying on the characteristics of the subject for a long time, with professional volunteer service activities to show the good image of young volunteers of SDNU.
