On the afternoon of October 26th, the publication symposium of “History of Shandong Normal University (2010-2020)” was held in Qianfoshan Campus. Wan Guangxia, member of the Standing Committee of the School Party Committee, attended the meeting. Zhang Maocong, director of Development Planning and Discipline Construction, presided over the meeting.
Bi Yanqiang, director of the Party Committee Office, introduced the basic information of the compilation and publication of the series. It comprehensively and objectively recorded the development course of SDNU from 2010 to 2020, when SDNU explored the way to build a first-class comprehensive normal university in China and wrote a new chapter in the future.
The experts at the meeting gave congratulations and high comments on the publication, and put forward expectations and good wishes for the future development of SDNU. Wan Guangxia pointed out in his speech that SDNU attaches great importance to the compilation of the series. The editorial committee and writing team were set up, and several scheduling meetings and promotion meetings of the compilation work were held as well.
