In order to implement the spirit of the national and provincial conference on graduate education, and fully implement the tutor is the first responsible person for the training of graduate students, SDNU held the 2020 Postgraduate Tutor Training Meeting on October 22th. More than 200 new graduate tutors in recent two years have conducted intensive learning in each training unit, and more than 300 tutors have conducted online learning.
At the training meeting, Zhang Zongbin, dean of the Graduate School, introduced the scale of graduate students, the status of the tutor team and the adjustment and development trend of national graduate education structure, and put forward the ideas for the construction of graduate tutor team of SDNU. Wang Jinfa, professor of Sun Yat-sen University, Zhou Guangli, professor of RUC, and Li Jiao, associate professor of Tsinghua university also expressed their thoughts. The attending tutors said that they were deeply influenced by the reports of the three experts.
It is reported that each training unit will continue to carry on the relevant business training to the new graduate tutors, to help the tutors better carry out the graduate training work.
