On October 20th, Library Society of Chia announced the lasted advanced list of national reading work. Shandong Normal University Library, the only university library in Shandong won the title of “National Reading Demonstration Base”, one of the highest honors in the library industry in China.
In recent years, guided by the thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, SDNU Library has actively responded to the call of Library Society of China, strengthened the national reading work, constantly improved the reading promotion system and deepened the connotation of reading promotion, contributing to the construction of “Double First-Class” and the civilized campus of SDNU.
In 2016 and 2018，SDNU Library was awarded the title of “National Advanced Reading Unit ” by Library Society of China; SDNU Library has also been awarded in various competitions.
