On October 11th, vice president Wang Hongyu and other members of the leading group visited Hainan Alumni Association and had a discussion with alumni representatives. Fang Fuxian, professor of Hainan Normal University, Liu Fusheng, president of Hainan Alumni Association and director of college of Humanities and Communications of Hainan University as well as some alumni representatives attended the symposium.
On behalf of SDNU, Wang Hongyu expressed his sympathy and sincere thanks to the alumni. He briefly introduced the achievements of SDNU’s reform and development in recent years and the preparations for the 70th anniversary of SDNU. He also sincerely invited alumni to visit SDNU in order to participate in a series of activities of the 70th anniversary, hoping that alumni can give advice for the further development of SDNU.
The alumni warmly welcome the leaders of SDNU, saying that they would all inherit the fine tradition of alma mater and continue to strengthen communication with SDNU to contribute to the development.
