Recently, Xing Guang, vice president of SDNU and other leaders visited the alumni in Guangdong and held a symposium with them. On behalf of alumni of SDNU living in Guangdong, Hu Naixin, president of Guangdong Alumni Association and chairman of Cheerful International Trading Limited, Yang Bo, president of Shenzhen Alumni Association and vice president of Konka Group, Ze Wei, senior arts and crafts of Institute of Science and Technology and other alumni attended this activity.
Xing Guang expressed the appreciation of the alumni for supporting SDNU. He said that as the vanguard of reform and opening up, Guangdong province has been playing a significant role in the development of China. And our alumni in Guangdong have been contributing to our country with hard-work in their posts. They are the pride and treasure of SDNU. The remarkable progress of discipline construction, International exchange and cooperation and cultivation of talents is impossible without their support and suggestions.
Alumni in Guangdong welcomed the leaders and recalled their good times in SDNU. They all appreciated the care and cultivation of SDNU and showed their determination to serve for the development and best wishes.
Relevant staff from Organization Department of Party Committee, Faculty of Education, School of Fine Art and so on took part in the activity. Some of them also went to Shenzhen Fictitious College Garden and South China Normal University to visit alumni working there.
