On October 8th, SDNU held an appointment ceremony appointing Professor Han Yanming as director of Institute of Higher Education of SDNU. Zeng Qingliang，president of SDNU together with vice president Wang Hongyu attended the ceremony.
On behalf of SDNU, Zeng Qingliang extended a warm welcome to Professor Han Yanming.He said that the appointment of Professor Han would promote the rapid development of education discipline and enhance the academic reputation and competitiveness of higher education of SDNU.
Han Yanming pointed out that he has been concerned about the rapid development of education discipline of SDNU. In the future, he will play a leading role in the field of higher education research, make the Institute of Higher Education into a domestic influential think tank platform, and better serve the improvement of core competitiveness of SDNU and the construction of “Double First-Class”.
Han Yanming, Ed. D, Professor, Ph.D. Supervisor, is mainly engaged in higher education research. He has served as president of Linyi University, and enjoys Special Government Allowance of the State Council.
