On July 4th, the Second Forum on the Development of Cultural and Creative Industries and the Replacement of Old Growth Drivers with New Ones sponsored by SDNU was held in Shandong News Hotel. President Zeng Qingliang and vice president Wan Guangxia attended the opening ceremony.
