On May 15th, the Signing and Opening Ceremony of the Outstanding Student Base of Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences) was held in the High School Attached to Shandong Normal University. The ceremony was chaired by Meng Xianzhe, Secretary of Party Committee of the High School.
