From October 26th to 28th, hosted by the China Optical Society Youth Work Committee, Shandong Normal University and Beijing Optical Society, organized by the School of Physics and Electronic Science of Shandong Normal University, Shandong Provincial Key Laboratory of Optical and Photonic Device Technology, the "11th National Youth Forum On Optics and the 10th "Rao Yutai Basic Optical Award" symposium was held in Jinan, Shandong Province.
Honorary Chairman of the Conference, Vice President of Peking University, Professor Gong Qihuang, Chairman of the Conference, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Li Fuxin and a lot of other professors attended the conference. Zeng Qingliang, President of SDNU, Vice Presidents Man Baoyuan and Wang Chuankui attended the relevant activities. The opening ceremony of the forum was chaired by Professor Cai Yangjian, Director of the School of Physics and Electronic Science.
At the opening ceremony, Zeng Qingliang congratulated the holding of the forum, welcomed the leaders and delegates and briefly introduced SDNU and the School of Physics and Electronic Science.
At the same time, the conference held the 10th "Rao Yutai Basic Optics Award" symposium, which was hosted by the Secretary General of the General Assembly Yang Hong, Gong Qihuang read out the list of winners and presented awards to the winners together with Academician Li Ruxin and the Secretary General of China International Optoelectronics Expo Yang Gengshuo. After the award ceremony, the winners made special reports, and Chen Feng and Wu Chengyin chaired the report.
